  1. If that's the one I did yesterday it's a serious booty work out, no fooling around. I feel it today when I lift my legs in certain ways or go into a squat but I'm not really sore. Perfect!

  2. I sure noticed it when I was biking properly tonight. Like so many lower body workouts you can do it all with your quads or engage the hams & butt on the "up" pedal stroke. I'm remembering to do things like that more often!
