Agave Nector-Make the Switch

Make the healthier choice!
We don't even have sugar in our house.
We substitute it for Agave Nector. It took a little while to get used to it, but know I am completely used to it and don't even miss the sugar.

Agave is rich in vitamin B, C, D, E, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium, and chromium.

So make the switch to a healthier home

  5. Yup, I googled and found a great cookbook that is vegan, and mostly gluten & sugar free. I picked up some ingredients and hope to start experimenting today. I don't bake a lot these days either but we have a potluck coming up with vegan friends...need a treat to take along.
